Expand Machine Part, Click its Front Plane, Display temp axes, Ctrl- select FRAME hole axes, choose symmetry in Advanced Mate, OK, turn off temp axes

Select green face on each object use mouse wheel to rotate, ctrl-click to select, then click MATE to align planes You can then use Left-mouse Drag to align manually

OR, select side of cylinder, edge of cube, and choose TANGENT Still not “fixed” because dowel could translate along edge: One more tangent will help but it could still “rotate”

Add another part, Dowel w/Handle Try rotating part with R-mouse Drage Mate first by aligning surface planes Then cylinders… Done! Turn crank!!
