HIT HISTORY  Began providing IT solutions and services in Kuwait & the region in 1983 under the name Kuwait Computer Company (Hasibat)  Hasibat was acquired by the KIPCO group with a majority share, in 1998 till 2001.  Hasibat was owned by Arabi Group from 2001 to 2007 who had almost 51% of the shares.  Till May, 2013, Safat Energy Company held the majority shares.  From June, 2013, Hasibat is fully owned by Sahara Petroleum Co.
