2. What’s the big deal? MyPayrollHR is now compatible with: Internet Explorer version 11 and lower Google Chrome Mozilla Firefox Safari (on Mac computers) Easier Navigation between menus New Features These are outlined on the following slides

3. Same functionality, just a new look! Menus are along the top now, not the left hand pane.

4. Home icon brings you back to your dashboard New Feature – access to MyPaySpace ! Managers that also have a login to the Employee Portal no longer have to log into a different site. As long as the username is the same, myPay will bring you to the employee portal Dashboard

5. Dashboard For users with access to multiple companies, changing between them has never been easier. Simply click the Company Name and an available list of Companies display. New feature – Sort and Search!! By clicking on the Company Name, you can resort your list Alphabetically. There are also search options at the bottom of the window.

6. New feature – Employee Search!!! Enter any letter(s) to find an employee’s name My Employees

7. New Feature – Payroll History! Easily see your Batch information, including Pay Date and Total Net Pay Clicking the Batch number will open the Batch Review Payroll

8. Payroll New feature – Calendar Pop-up!! When clicking in the pay date field (any date field, in fact), a calendar immediately appears and the date can be clicked

9. User Logins – MyPaySpace and Manager MyPaySpace- employees will now use their e-mail address as their Username. (Existing accounts will remain with current username) MyPaySpace - employees can have access to their information from multiple companies using the same login. MyPaySpace and Manager – users/employees may reset their own password using the “Forgot Your Password” link. An e-mail will be generated and sent to them.
