Story about Rebbetzin Chana___ When Rebbetzin Chana A”H was in Poking Germany after escaping Russia, she was in the same D.P. camp as my grand mother and her family was in. Rebbetzin Chana shared a room with Miss Mussie Nimotin A”H, who happens to be my great great aunt, my grand mother’s aunt. She had the great zechus to give her bed to Rebbetzin Chana. Since Mussie was younger, she helped Rebbetzin Chana to cut the fire wood for warmth and other things needed. The Rebbetzin wouldn’t let some one help her for nothing so she taught Mussie how to talk, read, and write Yiddish. Having nothing, the Rebbetzin and Mussie ate Shabbos meals at my great grand mother’s house. Unlike others, Rebbetzin Chana noticed that the kids were getting bored and weren’t interested in staying at the table. Rebbetzin Chana made sure to talk to them and made them talk to her so they shouldn’t be so bored. After they all escaped Germany, and being that it wasn’t just booking a flight and leave, my grandmother wanted to visit Rebbetzin Chana. Now Rebbetzin Chana was the Aim Hamelech, so it wasn’t like any one just pops in all of the sudden! So she called, and the Rebbetzin said sure! So she greeted my grandmother nicely and warmly and talked to her like a very good friend. From this we learn that Rebbetzin Chana had Ahavas Yisroel for every single person- young, old, women, and man it doesn’t matter who. We should try to be like Rebbetzin Chana and be nice to people no matter what, and we should be Zoche to have Moshiach now! She gave him their last pieces of bread with no thought or hesitation, to help out this poor fellow even though they might go on with starvation.

Rebbetzin____ poem, guess which Rebbetzin it is! Later on Her son became Rebbe and She tried to hide her fame. but there ’ s no doubt about it Rebbetzin Chana is her name! From these short stories, we see what Rebbetzin Chana was like, with such great Mesiras Nefesh, She was ready to give up Her life! We don ’ t have to give up our lives, but have Mesiras Nefesh in our own way, to do what Hashem wants, not worrying what others might say! To this day and age, Shluchim all around the world, are having Mesiras Nefesh, by helping every boy and girl
