5 Immigrant pilot groups Parcipatory action research work in the workshops during 2010 - 2011 Estonia: – InterNations – international organisation with local sub-groups uniting expatriates in their resident country on the voluntary basis social meetings with new immigrants Finland: – immigrant women´s group in Lahti Parish a discussion group with heterogenous group members (language, education, home country ) – Kotka Multicultural Centre operating independently after funded by an EU project, employs about 20 individuals from various cultural backgrounds Sweden: – Botkyrka Women´s Resourse Center nonprofit organization for active women with different backgrounds. the aim is to create meaningful life conditions for women living in the area
