192 member states of WHO approved final text on March 1, 2003. The text was adopted by the World Health Assembly in May 2003. Entered into force on Feb. 5, 2004. NOW: 168 Signatories-146 Parties (140 Ratifications/6 Accessions) WHO FCTC
