How to begin ◦ Find your passion ◦ Develop relationships with organizations that work on the issues you are passionate about ◦ Make a short list of organizations that you would like to work for (research the reputation of the organizations) ◦ Approach these organizations and find out if they are willing to host a fellow (this may require educating the org as to requirements)
