61  Watch for your own gestures.(Only openness gestures will help you get what you want)  Check your defensive gestures when you are in a stressed situation.  Set aside 10 minutes everyday noting other people’s gestures.  Watch Television with sound turned off & in every 5 minutes, Turn on sound to check that your observation is right.(Interview & Discussion programs)
