Context Title I Priority and SIG Schools 2010-2011 Cohort I: Cohort I: Seven SIG schools served 2011-2012 Cohort II: Cohort II: Five SIG schools served 2012-2013Waiver establishing a new accountability system submitted and approved by USDE 2012-2013 Cohort III: Cohort III: Four Priority Schools added using definition from waiver
