HYPNOSIS
2
A neurologist Franz Anton Mesmer was the so-called author of the "classical hypnosis". He put forward the theory in which he assumed the existence of equally real and financial vibrations, as e.g. acting of magnet. According to Mesmer charity magnetic vibrations can transfer themselves from one person to second, whereas the psychotherapist can trigger rising tides or outflows of the "liquid make-up". After creating "bridge" between the psychotherapist and the patient and after the performance shorter or longer touch contemporary for Mesmer the hypnotherapist led to the healing turning point.

The hypnosis is being called the different condition of the awareness, tied together with the greater susceptibility of the mind to the suggestion. It is subsidiarly used in medicine and psychology. It is being used both in the clinical practice, and in diagnosing. For its therapeutic values are noticed by a certain group of scientists, the clinical and experimental research on hypnotic phenomena is being conducted in many countries. Yet it is still hard to precisely define the phenomenon of the hypnosis. Although its name derives from the Greek (hipnos) and means: dream - doesn't seem to have a lot in common with a real dream, nor - often compared to it - meditation. It is so since it isn't combining with the peculiar bioelectric frequency of the brain. During the hypnosis, diversified waves are appearing: delta, theta, alpha not to say (in the active hypnosis) beta. The hypnosis is tied with the state of the deep relaxation, but states close to it appear also in the course of everyday activities, such as the work or the concentration. Most important while conducting the radical reform a mutual confidence is in favour of the help of the hypnosis between the hypnotist and the patient. It can be a cause for which the view that the hypnosis is a result of the specific relation between the psychotherapist and the patient, that is answers to a question are dominating, what is actually, one should expect on the part of led psychologists research works.

Who can be hypnotized? Everyone, who wants it, except for retarded people and mute children, since they don't understand, what the hypnotist watns to do and aren't able to concentrate on their voice. People who at first are reacting with the shallower trance are able to deepen it after third time they are in the state of the hypnosis.

The hypnotized person behaves in the peculiar way, although there is no agreement whether these behaviours are appearing only during the hypnosis. The following behaviours can accompany the hypnosis: - catalepsy (the muscle tension, immobilizing or stiffening the behaviour); - dismissal of psychophysiological reactions e.g. of the pulse, the respiration, licking, or the heartbeat; - concentrating the eyesight; - changes of the voice; - slow moves; - ideomotor replies (moves of limbs which the person under hypnosis is unaware of and can’t control).
