2  Which books were your favourites?  Why should other children read these books?

3  Which genre do you like?  What is it about your genre that you like?  Create a mind map detailing what you find in the genre of your choice  Give 3 examples of your favourite genre

4  What was the book about?  What was it about the book that made is so compelling?  Think about:  Language  Style  Plot

5  Has there ever been a film you had loved, but not enjoyed the novel?  What did you like about it?

6  Which novel are they found in?  What makes the character so interesting?  List 5 things you’d like to ask your fictional character

7  Which novel are they from?  What things do you want to know about the character?  What adventures would they have?

8  Which novel was it?  Why did it make you angry?  Do other people agree with you?

9  Look at the shiny!  What did you like?

10  And not just because it was very thick!

11 “It is well to read everything of something and something of everything.”  Is there a genre you doubt you will ever read?  Why?
