2 Why is it important to identify this population? Ensures CalWORKs Families get all the needed support to meet both DFCS and CalWORKs Employment Services program requirements. Better manage linked services of clients Foster better communication between departments Helps common clients to meet WPR.

3 What Information is used for Common Cases? Data to support partnership between CalWORKs Employment Services and Department of Family & Children Services Local Tools developed to monitor and provide case management support Data to provide screening, assessment and coordination for WPR improvement
