2 2 WHO WE ARE Our vision: all children deserve to be happy Our mission: ensuring an immediate and real support to children, through free assistance at 116 111 non-governmental organization, which offers the services of the Romanian Child Helpline, the national first aid phone line, specialised on child protection issues, the only service of this kind in Romania the child helpline is a social responsibility initiative, developed thanks to the information and counseling needs, of both children and parents in view of knowing and respecting child rights in Romania. we provide children with an opportunity to express their concerns, talk about issues directly affecting them and contact someone in an emergency situation
