Emergency Preparedness Team The team is committed to enhancing the County's preparedness and response to public health emergencies. Sussex/Warren Chronic Disease Coalition (formerly Sussex County Cancer Coalition) The Sussex Warren County Regional Chronic Disease Coalition is committed to maintaining a diverse partnership of community members and agencies. This Coalition will be dedicated to the implementation of evidence/practice based policy, environmental, and system change intervention for chronic disease prevention and control with a focus on cancer.

Public Health Nursing Activities Clinics available to all residents. Clinics available to all residents. A. Flu, Pneumonia, and Tetanus vaccine clinics in the Fall of each year open to all residents. Rotate sites for the flu clinics and would be able to have a clinic in Byram next year if they could handle a large group of people (250-350 people).
