5. A MENU OF OPTIONS, BUT… The nice thing about this is that the Google Apps are customizable.

6. ADDING FILES TO YOUR DRIVE Two ways to add files: Click on the upload button to add a file to your Google Drive. After opening the destination folder, drag the file to middle of Drive workspace.

7. TO CREATE FOLDERS Click on the “Create” button and select “Folder”. You can rename your folder by clicking the expand arrow and scrolling down to “Rename”.

8. TO SHARE FILES… 1. Find the file you want to share. 2. Right mouse click, then scroll down to Share. 3. Change who has access.

9. SHARING FILES CONTINUED… 4. Change the visibility options for your situation. a. Public b. Anyone with link c. Specific people 5. Access can still be limited to those with access. a. View b. Edit c. Comment
