World Team is the first step in the Marketing Plan’s top tier and a tremendous milestone in your Distributorship. As a World Team member, you are eligible to qualify for Herbalife’s fantastic incentives and trainings that can help you progress through the upper levels. There are three ways to qualify for World Team status… WORLD TEAM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Achieve at least 2,500 Total Volume Points, each Volume Month, for four consecutive months Achieve at least 10,000 Total Volume Points in one Volume Month Achieve at least 500 Royalty Points in one Volume Month 2

Method #2: Achieve at least 10,000 Total Volume Points in one Volume Month after qualifying for Supervisor. SUPERVISOR A 10 Customers x 100 = 1,000 PPV B C E G 4,000 VP 1,000 VP 1,000 VP 500 VP Qualifies for Supervisor D F H 1,000 VP 1,000 VP 500 VP 1,000 PPV + 9,000 DLV = 10,000 Total VP Qualify to World Team as of the following month

Method #3: Achieve at least 500 Royalty Points in one Volume Month. 2,500 VP SUPERVISOR 1 Total Organizational Volume = 10,000 VP 10,000 x 5% = 500 RO Points Qualify to World Team on the first of the following month 5% RO SUPERVISOR 2 5,000 VP SUPERVISOR 3 2,500 VP SUPERVISOR 4 2,500 VP
