3. ADMINISTRATION COMPANY Company master stores the names and code of Companies which can use the software and also the details related to the company such as the taxation details, import details, contact information This information would be used for report generation and software data tracking

4. ADMINISTRATION – FIN YEAR FINANCIAL YEAR FOR COMPANIES Financial year master stores the various financial year that are to be assigned to the companies created in company master

5. ADMINISTRATION - USERS USERS CREATION “Users” contains the list of employee who can access the software. It also contains the user code and password for all the users, as it is necessary to have a user code and password for logging into the software User code is logged every record of data

6. ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM RIGHTS USER RIGHTS “User rights” contains the list of users and their corresponding access rights, such as add, modify etc. When we click on the User rights option in the Admin menu, following screen pops up
