The story so far! 25 + 4 completed the summer programme 2 only attended 1 session 2 failed to attend Due for return clinic appt and HbA1C, review of blood glucose levels 45 booked in for October break

Feedback Team perspective – clashes with “regular workload”, prioritising Reviews in school Programme on an annual basis Doesn’t stop at session 3 Desperately seeking results!
