Management Summary ISB Overall satisfaction at UQ remains high (89%) – ranked in top 5 in Australia Excellent response 38% Current students main marketing asset (28% recommend - up 2%) Postgraduate population particularly supportive –( HDR 89%) Attracting students - diverse range of markets – reliance on China, Malaysia, Singapore Large UG sample – growth at PGT/HDR? Diverse range of subjects – spread the risk UQ reputation continues to be a major decision-making factor - word of mouth promotion, staff, students, alumni, parents – core marketing efforts
