8. Cases are fun and dynamic, never boring and repetitive. “Hey, that reminds me of that case I once did on managing organizational change – I wonder if I can use what I learned then to solve this problem?”

9. In conclusion What I learn in a case takes years to forget, because I engage with the problems. – But I have already forgotten half of what I had on exams 10 weeks ago. Knowledge can be attained by reading. Skills have to be acquired by doing. Guess which one is most important.
