18 WebAdvisor provides course list and grades; Student Planning provides Unofficial Transcript

19 TRWP Transcript Web Parameter must match transcript groupings in PROG  For unofficial transcript viewing and printing  Ellucian still modifying unofficial transcript functions  Currently works for advisor access but not student view  In current release only active programs appear on unofficial transcript  Upcoming release will allow all programs and historical data to be incorporated as well as student viewing/printing

21 Now that your interest is piqued What steps can be taken to implement Student Planning efficiently and effectively? 1) Must have implemented Degree Audit 2) Get buy-in from Deans and Directors 3) Maintain a great relationship with School Administrative Assistants 4) Plan ahead and allow plenty of time 5) Stagger data requests so faculty and admin assistants aren’t overwhelmed 6) The more that can be completed in advance, the more utility and benefits for students and advisors
