A non-confidential survey that all first-year students were asked (not mandated) to take Survey data and some incoming characteristics are used to classify a student’s risk of leaving the institution If a student chooses not to take the survey, this is already an indicator that they are ‘high risk’ The initial survey launched Sept. 12 and closed Oct. 7 Survey data was available to the students direct connections and specific individuals assigned as their primary responder. There are three shorter follow-up surveys. Two have been sent out already. Students semester GPA were uploaded and their enrollment status as of the 20 th day of class.
