Maintain views and provide adequate open space Avoid partitions, offices, etc. against windows to enhance air circulation and maintain view access for all Provide acoustically absorbent/ dissapative materials on floor, ceilings, partitions Implement “white noise” systems More meeting spaces and “focus rooms” Design to accommodate distractions- for example, provide queuing spaces outside of meeting rooms Accommodate different work styles through design Creating a functional Open Space Plan
