5 USDOT Cargo Tank Regulations Nurse tanks must meet all conditions of 49 CFR 173.315 (m) or USDOT Special Permit 13554 Nurse tanks must be marked & placarded as required in part 172

6 USDOT HazMat Regulations Nurse Tank Requirements 49 CFR 173.315 (m) Private carrier for exclusive agricultural use Minimum design pressure 250 psig Meets ASME code & is marked with legible data plate Safety relief valves conforming to CGA Pamphlet S-1.2
