1. All State Post Award Requirements

2.  All State Awardees Will Receive: - An All State Commander’s or Quartermaster’s Cap Plus $80.00 to defray expenses

3. Minimum Requirements: 1. A Post must report, and have recorded at Dept HQ at least two new or reinstated members plus 100% membership by: May 4, 2015

4. 2. Community Activity Reports for periods May 1 – Oct 31, 2014 and Nov 1, 2014 – Apr 30, 2015 Must be received at Dept HQ prior to: May 4, 2015

5. 3. Post Service Officer MUST be trained by a Department Service Officer by: April 1, 2015

6. 4. Trustee Reports for September, December & March must be on file at Dept HQ by: May 4, 2015

7. 5. Post must have earned a minimum of 8,000 points

8. Points Are Earned As Follows:

9. ⤖ 500 Points for each member over 100% ⤖ 500 Points for each new or reinstated member ⤖ 500 Points for ordering 3 Poppies for each member of the Post ⤖ 1000 Points for ordering 5 Poppies for each member of the Post ⤖ 3000 Points for ordering 10 Poppies for each member of the Post

10. ⤖ 500 points for contributing to the State Commander’s Special Project ⤖ 500 points for each Trustee Report submitted ⤖ 500 points for each Trustee Report submitted within 45 days of the due date ⤖ 500 points for submitting the first Community Activity Service Report by November 14, 2014

11. ⤖ 500 Points for submitting the 2 nd Community Service Report by April 1, 2015 ⤖ 500 Points for Post Service Officer attending a District or Department training school ⤖ 500 Points for Post Quartermaster attending a District or Department training school
