Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their modesty. That is purer for them. Lo! Allah is Aware of what they do. And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their modesty. (Surah An-Nur: Verses 30-31)
For a healthy society Allah has commanded guys also …. And in the exact same words as those for women ….

15. When men and women both started ignoring and breaking Allah’s moral laws … our society got sick just like our planet

23. Islam regulates interaction of sexes
Has commandments for BOTH men and women regarding this
Commandments based on the DIFFERENCES of men and women
Islam has detailed the relationship between men and women in the most precise and exacting terms. It has set down clear guidelines to show men and women how they must conduct themselves with one another. From all of this, there can be no question that Islam prohibits the free mixing of the sexes.

26. Men and women are equal spiritually in the eyes of Allah

27. مَنْ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا مِّن ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنثَى وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلَنُحْيِيَنَّهُ حَيَاةً طَيِّبَةً وَلَنَجْزِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْرَهُم بِأَحْسَنِ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ Whoever works righteousness – whether male or female – while he (or she)is a true believer, verily, to him We will give a good life, and We shall pay then certainly a reward in proportion to the best of what they used to do. {Surah An Nahl 16: Verse 97}

28. فَاسْتَجَابَ لَهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ أَنِّي لاَ أُضِيعُ عَمَلَ عَامِلٍ مِّنكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنثَى بَعْضُكُم مِّن بَعْضٍ ….. So their Lord accepted of them (their supplication and answered them), “Never will I allow to be lost the work of any of you, be he male or female…. {Surah Al e Imran 3: Verse 195}
