13 Next Steps  PEC support and engagement  initiate a campus discussion on IT governance  design and approve an IT governance framework (e.g. the decision matrix)  create an executive IT committee (PEC)  create an IT architecture and infrastructure committee (CIO +)  clarify and re-assert the roles of ISC, ITSIG, VPAC and others.
