Set up PS and DS The 2nd picture is what it will be like when it’s great and you’re doing what you want to do. This picture is looking at yourself through another’s eyes - in full colour, really big, bright, high contrast, glossy, shiny and beautiful!

Think of now and then click your mouse Shrink the Great picture back down to black and white and make it small as a postage stamp again. That was the first swish. Take a breath, and remember what time it is.

Cindy Tonkin The Consultants Consultant www.consultantsconsultant.com.au www.cindytonkin.com Can you take yourself forward in time, now, to the next time you might have in the past been tempted to do the old behaviour - notice what happens differently now… I wonder if you could then take yourself a month or so further down the track, and looking back, notice what differences have occurred, who you are now that you have this new behaviour in place. And of course if you were to go say 2 years ahead, you may even find it hard to remember what it used to be like to not do that thing you're so used to doing now, wasn't it? Bring yourself back to now. Become aware of how much talent you have in your conscious and unconscious minds, and be ready to notice some really subtle, yet profound changes in the way this habit works! That was the Fifth swish.! 3. Test and future pace
