2. High School Physical Night  Tomorrow night (5/28) at 6 pm in Gym  $35 - Print out physical and concussion form from the Athletic Dept website to bring with  We’d like everyone to have a physical on file before they start workouts.

3. Typical Weekly Schedule *These are strongly encouraged, but not mandatory workouts. Conflicts with the schedule are excused. **Note this describes every week of the summer except the Moratorium #1** Mon and Wed– 7:30-9 am Conditioning/Practice (Returning Players) Tues and Thurs – 2:30-4 pm Weight room (Returning players) 4-5:30 pm Weight room (Incoming Freshmen) 5:30-6:30 pm Conditioning/Practice(Incoming Freshmen) Fridays – These will be left open for scrimmages against other region teams

4. Youth Summer Camp Youth Camp – June 16-19 (20 th as make-up day due to cancellation)  Grades K-2 4:00 – 5:00 Incoming Sophomores as workers  Grades 3-5 5:00 – 6:30 Incoming Juniors as workers  Grades 6-8 6:30 – 8:00 Incoming Seniors as workers Camper Appreciation Night – June 20 th 5:30 pm  All campers and families are invited to this scrimmage. High School Prep Academy  *Week 2 – High School Prep Academy - June 23 rd -26 th Grades 6-8 only 5:00 - 6:30 Soccer Practice Field ($100 for 2 weeks of training)  *These training sessions will be structured similar to high school practices.  *Incoming 9 th graders MAY participate. Cost will fund their individual gear order.

5. Fundraising Golf Outing -  August 16 th, 1 pm at Pheasant Valley golf outing that we co-host with the girls soccer program. Prize donations needed. Media Guide Sponsors –  We’ll be putting together a media guide again this year in which we’ll be selling advertisement space. The guide will be available at all home soccer games and will include program information, player profiles and school records. Program sponsors are also read aloud at halftime of each game. Money from sold advertisements will go to player gear and the program overall. Youth Camp Participants –  We’ll offer the same opportunity we’ve offered in past years to get players out to our youth camp this summer. For every camper you get to attend, we’ll give you $35 to spend on gear (can include yourself if incoming freshmen who attended). Simply identify the high school player’s name on the camp form.

6. August Dates  August 1 st – Alumni Game – 6 pm – High school players may not participate  August 3 rd – Mandatory Preseason Parents Meeting – 6 pm in Auditorium, Break-out session in LGI  August 4 th – First official day of practice. The events from here on out are mandatory. Each player needs 10 practices by August 20 th. A player may only get 1 practice a day Mon-Sat.  August 6 th – Teams posted online (Varsity, JVA and JVB)  August 7 th – Jersey handout – 2pm Varsity, 3:30 JVA and B  August 8 th – Team photos at 9 am  August 15 th – Varsity only scrimmage at Kankakee Valley  August 16 th – CP Boys/Girls Golf Outing at Pheasant Valley  August 20 th – 1 st game of season @ Lake Central
