What are your fears? What if: Your partner/spouse said “Let’s go! I can get a new job, too” You figured out that you could afford a home? You felt that your children would do well in a new setting or school? You realized that you have what it takes for a new role? What if, you weren’t second guessing a search? What if, you realized you weren’t afraid?
