INSTITUTE FOR GOVERNMENTAL SERVICE AND RESEARCH Based upon federal Web Infrastructure for Treatment Services (WITS) public domain software designed in 2002 Customized in MD and nationally through IGSR & FEI Deployed in 22 states and counties Enhanced using cost and code sharing strategies through a national collaborative of member jurisdictions (WCP) Designed to share assessment, treatment, case management, criminal justice, and drug court data across agency boundaries Developed as an integrated consent-driven electronic case record
