Also the fragmented PhD programmes are being integrated They share infrastructure and databases. Their Virtual Institute will be based on local Competence Centers The legal form of their Virtual Institute will be a Research Association. A clear organisational Road Map was shown with financial business plan Financial durability is targeted via industry oriented research, training and membership fees and they foresee finances via paying clients.
