New “open book” icon appears wherever training content is available Users will se a new callout box that explains how to find training in the application Users can choose to hide the callout box by clicking the “Don’t show to me again” link in the callout box. Users simply click the icon to access the training material At the time of the 11.1 release training has only been added to the M-marketsite Shop home page 3 Page Specific Training Content

4. Accessing Training Content The callout is designed to alert users about the purpose of training icon. They will be more likely to look for this icon once they have this information. Users can easily hide the callout for future sessions Message is configurable and supports HTML

Improved user experience for selecting and completing address –Addresses displayed in a simplified “grid” format istead of a dropdown list –Familiar web shopping look and feel –User can edit current address, select from a personal list, or search for an organization address Simplified user address management –Perform address management functions without needing to go to the profile including: update, remove, add to profile, set default address 5 Improved Address Selection Functionality

6. Simple Address Edit Screen Edit Current Address Select New Address from Profile Default Address Search for New Address Return to Checkout

7. Edit The current Address Enter user information Add updated address to personal list Make address your default Save changes to document

8. Select from Personal List of Addresses Change default address Default address shown first and highlighted Quickly select an address to use Delete an address from your list You can tell the application where to apply the change

9. Select from Organization Addresses Select an address by clicking Use Search for anything in the address Complete the address and click Use
