ELECTRICAL PROPULSION SUBSYSTEM INDUSTRIALIZATION AND THRUSTER OPERATIONAL CHARACTERISATION
Prerequisite for G2G to keep launch costs of larger platforms in present launch cost envelope
E. g. 3 sats in Soyuz ST or 1 sat in VEGA
Transfer time of 12 months requires new launch strategy
First contract kicked-off Dec. 2013, second one follows in Feb. 2014

Follows Galileo-1 after 2021
Flexibility to replenish in different planes w/ one single launch
