3. Step 1: PIPE BEVELING
Lift the pipe out of the supply barge onto the incoming rack
Pipe Tallying (pipe number, length, joint number)
Making the J-Bevel on pipe ends for Auto welding

4. Step 2: Station 1 (Fit up, Root and Hot Pass)
Preheat on pipe end prior to welding (based on approved WPS)
Fitting pipe ends to be aligned by means of internal clamp
Root weld followed by Hot pass

5. Step 3: Station 2,3,4&5 Filler passes on Station 2 and 3
Cap welding on Station 4
Visual Inspection on Station 5

6. Step 4: Station 6 (X-Ray) X-ray operators control the movement of
the X-ray crawler inside the pipe
Radiographic intrepeters from HHI, Client and
Migas are reviewing the X-ray result
Wrapping the film around the intended joint

7. Step 5: Station 7& 8 (Brush up and Cold Wrap)

8. Step 6: Station 9 (FIELD JOINT COATING) & PULLING
