As i spent time looking at it I managed to figure it out, but i have spent a lot of my own time looking at it.

11  Much better understanding of the NMC requirements. Role of the mentor  I now feel updated and understand the role for a mentor and what is needed from and for the student whilst they are on placement  Better summary writing  I need to have contact numbers displayed in the office  The discussion that the site provoked with other mentors and the sharing of ideas  Its a lot of work.
