Since 14/01/2011 “Energia 2020 s.r.l.” Company has cooperated with the Province of Rimini for the assignment to the Province of wind monitoring electronics equipment (LIDAR Zephir 300) in free- use commodatum. The initial steps of the project are: Wind average speed measurement at different heights; Distribution of the wind rose at different heights; Analysis of turbulences of the vertical profile. The aim is to survey the opportunity of realising a Off-Shore Wind farm in the area facing the Rimini coast.
