2 PRACTICAL TRAINING CONDITIONS Duration of traineeship: 3 – 6 months Summer Season (May-October); Winter Season (December -April) Frequency: 40 hours per week and 1 day off a week Accommodation: free accommodation in the hotel or in its vicinity. Standard shared accommodation (2-4 people in a hotel staff room) Food: 3 meals per day in a staff restaurant as for work and weekends Payment: takes place on monthly basis of 450.00 € Transportation: from the airport to the hotel and vice versa /where needed/

3 REQUIREMENTS FOR TRAINEE 1. Age of the trainee: 18-24 years old 2. Specialty: Hotel, Restaurant management & food technologies and faculties of tourism 3. Good to very good knowledge of English 4. Enthusiasm 5. Job experience is an advantage 6. Basic to good knowledge of German, or Russian or Italian is an advantage POSITIONS AVAILABLE - WAITER and WAITRESS - BARMAN - COOK ASSISTANT - RECEPTIONIST

4 The summer internship begins from April for the three months and may be extended for six months OR May/Jun 3 months and can be extended to October. Internship is fully supported by the public or private schools in Italy. An interview VIA SKYPE and notification about approval by hoteliers. Students buy a ticket to Italy *only in one direction*. WHY? There are cases in which the stage is extended by the request of the student and therefore an airline ticket to return should not be purchased in advance. The trainee is met by Europe3000 Representative at the airport and is transported to the hotel by Europe3000 free. Students need to know the basic level/specific words of kitchen, restaurant or our applied material. The general language is english.

5 Winter season Madonna di Campiglio, Courmayeur, Cortina d’Ampezzo, Livigno, Valle d’Osta, Piemonte, Trentino, Val di Fassa, Bormio, Cervina, Dolomiti.

6 Summer season Lake Garda (Limone sul Garda, Bardolino e Gargnano), Lake Como (Bellagio e Cadenabbia), Sardegna, Sicilia, Calabria, Riccione, Rimini, Lignano Sabbiadoro, Jesolo.
