Giampieretti / Arsenàl.IT / Veneto Region – Vienna, April 11, 2008 Copyright © 2008 Arsenàl.IT – All Rights Reserved 9 The Consortium Arsenàl.IT  Founded in 2005 as “ Telemedicine Consortium ”, it currently groups all the 23 Local Health Authorities afferent to the Veneto Region.  Has acted as Observatory by performing systematic surveys on Telemedicine applications developed over time by the member Health Authorities.  Has succeeded in highlighting the critical issues of interoperability, standardization and organizational impact as key factors for driving Telemedicine applications to the mainstream of the care delivery process.
