A good quality cultural website must be: trasparent – effective - maintained - accessible – user centred – responsive – multilingual - interoperable – managed - preserved

Marzia Piccininno 12 December 2005 Methodology To define quality criteria for the communication trough the web. These criteria are based on the identity and the mission of each cultural institutions. The handbook illustrates also the most used operative solutions and makes an overview on the international rules on the matter.
