The city of Łańcut is situated in the south-eastern Poland, in Podkarpackie voivodeship, on the egde of Rzeszowsko- Dynowskie plateau; it has a population of almost 78 thousand citizens.
The Hospital of Saint Michael the Archangel in Łańcut is located in the centre of the city in Paderewskiego street, nearby the A4 route from the southern side and historical palace complex surrounded by a picturesque park – former belongings of the family of Potoccy – from the northern side. Numerous pavilions and buildings, once closely connected with the everyday life of Łańcut residence – today are being used for the needs of the citizens.

“Medical Centre in Łańcut” PLC was established according to the District of Łańcut’s council's resolution number XXXI/228/09 dated 17th February 2009 and the Foundation Act number 386/2009 dated 26th February 2009.
Company assets at the moment of establishment were estimated at PLN and represented the value of 1 share entirely covered with ready capital. The only partner and shareholder of the newly established company was the District of Łańcut.
According to District of Łańcut’s council resolution number XXXII/237/09 dated 27th March 2009 and the authenticated deed number 625/2009 dated 30th March 2009 contribution of real property was raised and the company assets were enlarged with 53 300 000 PLN. The total number of shares equals 1067 – each worth 50 000 PLN.
The company was enlisted in the National Judicial Register with the number KRS in the District Court in Rzeszów, XII marketing department – date of register 27th April 2009.
