This unit covers the skills and knowledge required to install, upgrade and test computer software.
You’ll be taught what to check before installing new software, or upgrading old software.

The original software media will need to be stored properly.
So you’ll learn how to complete a software installation or upgrade, including preparing for the installation, actually installing the software and completing the required tasks following the installation. 5
