THIS AREA DECREASES WITH ALTITUDE TO A CIRCLE OF RADIUS 260 NM AT FL250; THEN TO A CIRCLE OF RADIUS 190 NM AT FL100; DOWN TO A CIRCLE OF RADIUS 155 NM AT 4,000 FT AGL 2000-2230 DLY 23 APR 20:00 UNTIL 26 APR 22:30 IFR OPERATIONS BASED ON GPS NAVIGATION SHOULD NOT BE PLANNED IN THE AFFECTED AREAS DURING THE PERIODS INDICATED. THESE OPERATIONS INCLUDE DOMESTIC RNAV OR LONG- RANGE NAVIGATION REQUIRING GPS. THESE OPERATIONS ALSO INCLUDE GPS STANDALONE AND OVERLAY INSTRUMENT APPROACH OPERATIONS.
