Disabled Persons - Tourism In Finland Basis on legislation since year 2000 planning and Construction Act equality, admittance must be possible for disabled persons concerning all public construction and buildings; including all tourist objects On national level we’ve many associations which supervise of the interestes of the disabled persons publications guide books,(e.g. Tourist services for disabled persons)

Disabled Persons – Tourism in Rauma Persons with physical limits Old Rauma (also sea and archipelago) infrastructure is very challenging for disabled The survey coordinated by Rauma tourist office charting all Rauma city centrum tourist services: hotels, restaurants, cafees, museums, shops, other tourist attractions two categories: 1) places, which are easy to access for disabled persons alone (25 places) or 2) to access only with asisstant help (23 places) done by the student work, year 2011

Disabled Persons – Tourism in Rauma Special organized tourist trips for disabled persons; started this year especially persons who use wheelchair Hotel Villa Jussoila (safe call systems, info tv, special equipments for disabled available) Old Rauma tours for disabled persons with guide on daily basis Consulting help from Rauma Invalids association – good partnership!
