OBJECTIVES LESSON 1-3 CA Content Standards (CCS): GEOM 1.0: Students demonstrate understanding by identifying and giving examples of undefined terms and axioms. Introduce, Develop 1) To understand basic terms of geometry 2) To understand basic postulates of geometry New Vocabulary: point, space, line, collinear points, plane, coplanar, postulate, axiom Postulates: P1: one line two points P2: 2 lines intersect in only 1 point P3: 2 planes intersect at one line P4: 1 plane has at least 3 noncollinear points TLW: be able to explain why a photographer uses a tripod, as in Exercise 44
