Representation at the state meetings Representation on SOC. One of the seven “MAR’s” appointed by MAR’s or association Presidents District 3 would loose its vote in the same way Districts 4 and 5 gave up theirs

Can this league truly run like the RCL with all volunteers Teams come first. Protect them Marketing and communication key to change D3 winners move up to NPSL or RCL.
