3 Explore different steps and strategies which can be used to engage, develop and support young people as volunteers to assist with the delivery of school sport.

9 The East Shropshire Model Fundamental principals 1.Leaders need to be trained and deployed according to their skills set in order to maximise benefit for activity and experience for YP 2.Training needs to be specific to different leadership roles and the needs of YP 3.Leaders need to be supported and developed according to their needs and stage of development 4.YP should be rewarded for commitment
