2. Started 2004 as a nordic Initiative from SIRA and was backed up by IIRF Chairman Lynge Blak and board member Raija Kariola. IR Global Leagues first vision is to create an ”air traffic system” to avoid conflicts on financial events globally. Around 100 customer participated in the nordic pilot and we are now waiting for the launch in UK. You could say that the ”open nordic system” is leading the development in this area now.

3. London is a bit late, meanwhile we are developing the nordic market further... I have with me today the ”Q2 Conflicts list” and we could say that the 21 of July is the major conflict day. We can also show you the preliminary results from the Company presentation rating 2005 – Nordic region which will be published officially on the 14 June

4. First - Q2 Conflict List We are focusing on conflicts during the report seasons and also your capital market day´s and your road shows, especially in London... We started the Nordic Conflict List last quarter to get IR officers to react... The respons has been a good......and to the 21 July - When Ericsson and Nokia, together with 20 other large cap companies, are releasing there report - It is important to the schedule slott times.

5. Second – Rating of company presentations We give the highest rating, based on reach and continuity, to companies that have carry out at least 4 presentations with telephone conference as standard and in english. Companies that carry out at least 2 presentations per year, on the local language, is fullfilling the meaning with the EU recommendation as we see it.

6. In the Nordic Region we have approx 160 companies that reach the highest level. Sweden 60, Finland 30, Denmark 30, Norway 35 and Iceland 5......and another 100 companies who reach the EU Standard. Every company in the survey visits London before they enters a second Nordic Market.

7. We cant change that - but have this in mind We see an increased pressure on London from new Asian, American and Eastern European Companies... To buy a stock you normally need knowledge of four things - Brand, Results, Management and Strategy... If you dont know the name of the management you dont by the stock...

8. ...our conclusion is that we need 3 things An Inter Nordic Stockmarket... and it is almost on its way... But we also need a change in the Nordic Media.. to cover more Nordic Stocks... And the nordic companies have to invest to go to other nordic countries to market themselves

9. The next step for IR Global League in the Nordic Divison......is that we now develop presentations Arenas in the Nordic Region. At least one in each country...And of course we also hope to give you full coverage in London...
