8 White Space Implementation Plan Starting end of May 2013 Alternating meetings once a week, on the same day of the week. Sub-working groups may be created Complete consultation with stakeholders by end of September 2013. Industry Canada publication of documents by the end of 2013. Timelines

9 Radiocommunication Regulations authorize the Minister to issue developmental licences No pre-defined process for applying –IC has a great deal of flexibility, depending on what is requested –Typically short term, limited in area / frequencies –Technical compatibility / interference avoidance is a key consideration Applications should be directed to any IC District Office –May take form of a letter –Include specific details of what is sought –No implication of ongoing tenure –For contact points, see RIC-66: http://www.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/smt-gst.nsf/eng/sf01742.html Developmental Licensing
