Formatting Issues Addressed Bullets ●All bulleted slides (single, double, combo text/image, etc…) have been corrected to allow user to simply click and begin typing ─When a user needs sub-bullets, user can simply press ‘Enter’ at the end of the sentence, then ‘Tab’ once in order to Demote (repeat as necessary) ─When attempting to return to a major bullet user can simply press ‘Enter’ at the end of the sentence, then ‘Shift+Tab’ once in order to Promote (repeat as necessary) ●Spacing and Indentation also are standardized for the most effective visual representation on screen

Formatting Issues Addressed Caption and Additional Text Boxes (default font) ●As a user requires additional text boxes and/or captions, the default font and format of a new ‘Text Box’ has been corrected to follow the Design Template ●Note: Users should refrain from overusing text boxes that are not real ‘Placeholders’ since they require individual formatting when redesigning or importing to another design template Stryker Color Palette ●This template has been created to adhere to the color palette that Stryker uses as part of it’s consistent communications style. When formatting, the Stryker colors are those which appear in the single rows above (Power Brands) and below the larger color palette displayed in the middle by PowerPoint. When selecting object fills or choosing border and line colors, choose only from among these upper and lower rows of color squares. (The correct colors display the text “accent colors” or “custom colors” when moused over.)
